How we operate
A commercial subcontractor organized around field crews. Estimating, project management and the field report to the same people, so what we price is what the foremen are set up to build.
Crews before overhead
Our office exists to keep foremen supplied with drawings, material and manpower. Decisions about sequencing are made by the people running the work.
Self-perform, don't broker
We do not sub out the four scopes we sell. If a scope is outside those four, we say so at bid time.
One look-ahead
All of our trades on a project share a single three-week look-ahead that we keep in step with the general contractor's schedule.
Safety planned with the work
Pre-task plans are written by the foreman who will run the task, reviewed with the crew, and updated when conditions change.
Leadership & credentials
Details for prequalification
Licensing, insurance, bonding and safety documentation are provided directly to general contractors during prequalification.
