Scopes we self-perform

Each scope can be bid on its own. Most general contractors bring us in for two or more so the in-wall work is sequenced by one team.

Electrical

Electrical

Our electrical crews handle the work that lives inside commercial walls and ceilings: feeders and panels, branch circuits, lighting and controls, and pathways for data and security systems that other trades will pull later.

  • Service and distribution equipment installation
  • Branch wiring and device rough-in
  • Lighting, lighting controls and emergency lighting
  • Conduit, cable tray and low-voltage pathways
  • Tenant improvement demolition and make-safe
  • Trim-out, labeling and closeout documentation

Licensed electricians are assigned as required by the jurisdiction and permit for each project.

Plumbing

Plumbing

Commercial plumbing from underground through fixtures. Restroom cores, break rooms, exam rooms and lab sinks are the bread and butter; we coordinate carrier and backing locations with our own framing crews before walls go up.

  • Underground waste and vent
  • Domestic water rough-in and distribution
  • Fixture carriers, backing and supports
  • Fixture and equipment setting
  • Tie-ins for tenant improvements in occupied buildings
  • Testing coordination and closeout

Plumbing licenses are carried by the plumbers we assign wherever local rules call for them.

Framing

Metal stud framing

Layout is where interiors go right or wrong. Our framing foremen lay out from the architectural set and walk it with the electrical and plumbing foremen before the first track goes down.

  • Interior partitions and demising walls
  • Shaft walls and rated assemblies per the drawings
  • Soffits, bulkheads and ceiling framing
  • Backing and blocking for every trade
  • Door frame and opening layout

Drywall

Drywall & finishes

Hanging, taping and finishing to the level of finish the specification calls for. Because we also hold the in-wall trades, board goes up as soon as cover inspections pass instead of after a phone tree.

  • Board hanging, taping and finishing
  • Ceiling board and access panels
  • Patch and repair crews during trim-out
  • Punch-list crews through turnover
